Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 14 days from the date of delivery. For all eligible returns, product(s) must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and resalable condition and tags must remain intact and returned in their original packaging. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return for an exchange or refund, please email us at support@cribofshades.com stating your reason for return and attach images/video of the product, provide your order number. Once your request is approved. you can return the item to our warehouse.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Once we’ve received the returned item, we will then process your total refund. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3 business days.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Cancelation:
You have 24 hours after placing your order to seek a cancellation. If you want to cancel your products but your products have been dispatched, Contact us as soon as possible at support@cribofshades.com. After shipment or transit, if you want to cancel the product, you'll have to pay for return shipping and there is no restocking fee.
Returns of Damaged or Defective Items:
You may return any item that is damaged or defective within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Following an investigation into the complaint and a close inspection of the product(s) in question, once returned, by our Quality Control Department, we will issue a full refund for the amount paid at our discretion. We will endeavor to complete this process within one business week and will provide written notification once the refund has been issued.

Late or Missing Refund:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our contact page.
