Shipping considerations
- All orders are subject to review and could require additional processing time.
- Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
- Any orders placed after 12PM on Fridays will be processed and ship on the following business day.
- For all orders placed after 12PM, please allow one additional business day for processing.
- Carrier delays are possible during high order volume periods and may affect shipping times.
- All orders require additional processing therefore every order Order placed within 23:59 PM CET will be delivered within
2-3 business days.
- Crib Of Shades reserves the right to use alternate shipping services that provide the same delivery expectation.
- We ship anywhere in the UK except Guernsey and Jersey. Orders to these addresses will be automatically cancelled from this website.
Delivery Terms:
We use RoyalMail when shipping from UK and USPS/Fedex when shipping form USA warehouse(within USA only)
Order Cut-Off Time:
Order cut-off time 06:00 PM
Change Address:
We cannot change the delivery address for your order once the product is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 2 days of placing the order by emailing: support@cribofshades.com
Multiple Addresses:
We do not provide shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. Please submit separate orders if you would like products to be delivered to different addresses. please contact us by email: support@cribofshades.com
Order Track:
We provide order tracking for all shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package through our website Order Track page and also you can track your order use by order number and email through our website Order Track page. We prefer to use our tracking number to track your order.
Cancelation:
Before the order is shipped, you have the option to cancel at any moment if you decide to change your mind before receiving it. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been shipped.
